Setting tables. Taking & placing orders. Serving food at the table. Serve a buffet / Carvery. Serving wine.

Preparing the bill. Handling the payments. Providing customer service. Communication skills.

Handling problems.
Assessment:

Practical assessment on serving customers in the restaurant.

Questionnaire on theory.

Assignments on workplace implementation.
