At Auxano Chef School we are passionate to enabled aspiring culinary professionals to turn their ambitions into reality, equipping you with essential life skills to thrive independently as an entrepreneur. Our courses are specifically designed to maximize practical and in-training experience, ensuring you are fully prepared to excel in any kitchen environment.
Full Time classes are from 8h00-17h00 at the Diaz HUB, Diaz Beach Hotel.
The training consist of classroom sessions, practical learning sessions and hands on experential learning.
Our focus is on quality, hands-on training with small groups (maximum 12) of learners who receive personal attention from our competent lecturers.
Learners cook an extensive range of recipes in every course.
This efficient structure means our certificates are more affordable, require less time, and enable you to start earning sooner.

Monday- Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.

Theory is delivered via our EQUIP online platform, where learners watch videos, complete activities, submit assignments, and attend scheduled online classes.

Chef with Purpose, in collaboration with selected professional kitchens, offers you the chance to gain a recognized culinary qualification without leaving your job.
This part-time program is designed to grow their skills, boost their career, and formalise their experience — all while continuing to earn and learn on the job.

Full Time classes are from 8h00-16h00 at the Diaz HUB, Diaz Beach Hotel. The training consist of classroom sessions, practical learning sessions and hands on experential learning. We currently offer two Trade Certificate and five International certificate courses.

Skills Courses Full/Part Time
Our skills courses are short ( from a day to a few weeks), focused training program designed to teach specific practical skills needed for a particular job, industry, or task.
Practical and job-focused: Emphasis is on learning how to do something (e.g., knife skills, food safety, customer service).
No prior experience required: Open to beginners or those wanting to upskill.
From time to time, Chef with Purpose offers an array of part-time classes for home cooks of all ages.

Chef with Purpose
In-Service on the Job Trainee Program
Not all of us are privileged to have the means to obtain a qualification. Chef with Purpose together with selected kitchens offer learners the chance to obtain a qualification while they work. The Chef In-Serve on the Job Trainee Program is a combination of education and on-the-job training in which students learn how to prepare food and manage a professional kitchen.
